How to integrate and use Stripe with Zuper?
The payment collection from the customer is made simple with immediate Stripe payment to get the charges for the quotes and invoices directly from our Zuper app.
You can now collect the customer’s payment for Invoices and Jobs easily with the Zuper – Stripe integration.
Stripe Installation Steps.
Get your API keys from
Stripe App and Zuper app.
A. Stripe Installation Steps:
1. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of the page, which will open the list of options. Next, click on the “App Store” link.
2. You will be redirected to the “App Store.” Click on “Accounting & Payments” under “Browse by Category on your left and click on “Stripe.”
3. Click on the “Install Stripe” button.
4. Under
the “Update Stripe Settings” box, enter the “Publishable Key,” “Secret
Key,” “Zuper API Key” from the Stripe, and click on the “Update” button. The
steps are shown under Sections B and C to get the API
keys.
B. Get your API Keys from Stripe and Zuper app
5. Log in to your Stripe dashboard. Go to the “Developers”
section and click on API Keys now.
Copy the “Publishable Key” and “Secret Key” and paste them inside the “Zuper’s Stripe App.”
6. To
get the Zuper API key, go to “Settings” clicking on the profile picture
on the right top of your Zuper Dashboard.
7. Click on “Account Settings” under “General
Settings.”
8. Now select “API Keys” and click on “+ New API
Key.”
9. Type API Key name as “Stripe” and click on the “Create”
button.
10. Copy the API key displayed.
11. Paste the copied API Key on the Stripe app under “Zuper API key” and click on “Update.”
Thus, with the Zuper – Stripe integration, now it is easy to get the payments for the quotes and invoices from our Zuper app.
Automated Clear House Transaction
The user can quickly transfer the amount from one bank to
another via Zuper’s Invoicing as an ACH service through Stripe for US
customers.
Navigation: Invoices --> Charge Card --> Bank Account
The user needs to go to Zuper
App Store -> Accounting
-> Stripe -> Choose “Enable ACH” as Yes.
Then, select the “Update” button to enable ACH.
1. Select the "Invoices" module from the top-left hamburger
icon 
2. . Select the invoice for which payment
collection is pending.
3. Select the “Collect Payment”
option.
4. Choose the mode of payment as “Credit / Debit Card.”
5. Select
the payment information “US Bank Account,” which allows you to perform
ACH – Automated Clearing House Transaction.
Note: This applies only to US customers.
This new
feature allows users to pay invoices using Stripe through a single-click account transfer.
