How to Clone a Quote?

In Zuper, you can clone an existing quote easily. This will be useful when you are creating a similar quote for different customers.

 

Cloning a Quote

  1. Click on the "Quotations" Icon in the Menu.
  2. In the Quotes Listing Page, select the specific quote which you would like to Clone.
  3. Once the Quote Details Page is visible, click on the "More" drop-down.
  4. Select the "Clone Quote" option and click on Clone in the confirmation window to clone the quote.
  5. You'll be redirected to the New Quote Form, where all Customer and Job Details will be auto-populated.
  6. To change the customer, use the Choose Customer option in the Customer and Job Details section.
  7. Use the Choose Job option in the Customer and Job Details section to change the job.
  8. In the Quote Details Section,  you can modify quote-related information, including the Quote Date, Quote Template, and Expiry Date, to meet the unique requirements of your newly cloned quote.
  9. Once you have filled out all the required information, you can either choose Save as Draft to store the invoice as a draft or click on Save and Send to save the invoice and send a copy to your customer.
