How to bulk print QR codes and use Bulk actions for the Assets?

A.   Bulk Print QR Code on Assets

Navigation:  Assets -->  Bulk Action --> Print QR Code
The bulk print of QR codes on the Assets is possible now. With this, Assets can get their QR code printed in size.

1.  Select the “Assets” module from the left panel.



2. Select the list of assets you want to bulk update and choose the option “Print QR Code.


3. The QR Codes are successfully printed in bulk.


Note: The Bulk Print QR code is available for less than 100 assets at a time; if more than 100 assets are selected, the PDF is generated and sent over email. We can print the QR code using any printer. 


B. Bulk Actions

Navigation:  Assets --> Bulk Action --> Asset Status / Asset Category / Warranty Expiry Date

The bulk action on the asset’s module helps complete the Asset Status, Asset Category, Print QR Code, and Warranty Expiry Date in a single click for multiple assets. 

 a. Update Asset Status

1.        Select the “Assetsmodule from the left panel and select the assets you want to bulk update the status.


2. The “Update Asset Statuspop-up helps users modify the Asset’s status in bulk and select the required status.

Select the “Update” button to update the Status in bulk.         

3. The bulk update of the asset status is updated successfully. 




b. Update Field:

 1. Select the “Assetsmodule from the left panel and select the assets you want to bulk update the asset fields.


2. The “Update Asset Fieldpop-up helps users modify the Asset’s fields in bulk and select the required field and the product.

c. Update Expiry Date:

1. Select the “Assetsmodule from the left panel and select the assets you want to bulk update the asset fields.


2. The “Update Expiry Datepop-up helps users modify the asset’s expiry date status in bulk and select the required field and the expiry date.



3. The bulk update of the asset fields is updated successfully.



Compatibility:

The exported PDF will print to 1” x 2 5/8” sized labels—this format prints on Avery Template Presta 94200 template.

With this new feature, businesses can save time by updating the asset status and asset fields for multiple assets with a single click.

The Assets for internal purposes will have a QR code for identification, and a list of QR codes will be with field executives during field service. This bulk option helps them print multiple QR codes easily.
