How to access the mobile Job calendar/schedule on the Zuper Mobile App?
The job schedule
calendar has been completely revamped to support multiple view types: agenda,
day, week, and month view. Now users can switch between these view types and
easily access jobs and holidays across the dates.
1. After logging in to the mobile app,
click on the “Schedule” from the shortcuts section.
2. Now, the job calendar is enhanced with
four significant views.
Agenda – The view displays the list of jobs scheduled for the user.
Day – The view displays the list of jobs scheduled for a day.
Week – The view displays the list of jobs scheduled for a week.
Month – The view displays the list of jobs scheduled for a month.
3. Select
the “Agenda” option from the “Calendar” menu.
4. The
“Agenda” view shows the list of job events scheduled. Use the “Search” icon 
to get the
agenda-specific details.
5. You can type the relevant item under the search icon to get the agenda-specific
details.
6. Select
the “Day” option from the “Calendar” menu.
7. The
“Day” view shows the job events scheduled for a single day.
8. Use
the “Inverted Triangle” icon 
to get the day view with the expanded calendar details.
9. Select
the “Month” option from the “Calendar” menu.
10. The
“Month” view shows the list of job events scheduled for the month.
11. Select
the “Week” option from the “Calendar” menu.
12, Use the “Inverted Triangle” icon to get the week view with the expanded calendar details.
13. The search options help find the job details.
14. The
filter option allows checking and filtering the jobs scheduled based on the job
category and the priority.
Now the three days in a row can be set as a view.
Note: The color codes present on the job details represent
the job’s different statuses.
Our new calendar restructure helps the user perform the job events quickly based on the various calendar views. In addition, job planning and scheduling are made easy with Zuper’s updated calendar view, which reduces the extra efforts to set the jobs on a calendar.
