Overview of dispatch board

The dispatch board module in the Zuper web app provides a centralized overview of unassigned routes and all jobs, including those that are unscheduled, assigned, unassigned, and overdue, in one place, allowing you to act on them with a single click.

This means that you can effortlessly keep track of incomplete jobs and unassigned routes within this module. You can also schedule or reschedule them by simply dragging and dropping them according to the availability of technicians at team levels. Furthermore, its unified view of unassigned routes/jobs, technicians' schedules, and their job locations through a map streamlines the entire dispatching process.

To begin with, the dispatch board consists of four interconnected layouts, namely:
  1. Dispatcher queue
  2. Users
  3. Scheduler
  4. Map
