How to access Map view in Dispatch Board?
Navigation: Dispatch
Board --> Settings --> Map View
With our new
update now, the users can view the jobs on the map, and based on the maps view, the user can act and plan for the unscheduled jobs.
1. Select
the “Dispatch Board” module from the
left panel.
2.
Select the Settings icon from the top right corner.
3. Set
the toggle “On” for the Map View.
4. The “Map View” is shown based on the current job allocated for the field
executives. When the user selects the job on the map, it is also highlighted on
the dispatch board.
5. The
user can assign the unassigned jobs to the current user in proximity to the
unassigned job.
Note: The map location is displayed if the Geo Cords are
available. If the Geo Cards are unavailable, the job details will only be
shown.
The user may want to assign
the unassigned jobs to the technician who is about to complete the job and
ready to take up the new job. With the map view, technicians can be assigned
based on the proximity of the new job location.
