How can you use the "Lookup Component"?
Our new update
helps the user to get more details of the product on the Checklist using the “Lookup
Component.”
1. Select the “Jobs” module from
the left panel, tap on the “Job details” and then select “Update
Job Status.”
2. While updating the Checklist, select
the “Click here to choose Part or service” to select the required parts
or services related to the product. Select the “Submit” button to get
the required details.
3. The line items display the part/service details, and use "+" button to add the parts and services. .
4. The selected line item is displayed, and you can choose "Submit" button to add the parts and service to the Job.
The line items of parts and services related to the required products and quantities help the field technician verify the product efficiently while updating the Checklist.
